City of the World

Lynne Adamson was born in Northern England and moved across ‘the pond’ in 1959. She loved to draw as a child and continued to enjoy the love of creating art all through school.

She has worked in the graphics field including television graphics, advertising and publishing all of her adult life. Lynne worked as Art Director for TV8 and TV3 in Las Vegas, as well as Art Director for several Las Vegas advertising agencies. She was Advertising Creative Director for the Greenspun Media Group who pubish the alternative paper Las Vegas Weekly, InBusiness Las Vegas and several magazine publications. Lynne also spent two years as a Graphic Specialist for the Las Vegas Review Journal.

As a 40 year resident of Las Vegas, Lynne enjoys the beauty of the Mojave desert. She is proud to be a part of the swelling interest in the Arts District and hopes to see more local support in years to come.
